Vehicle Repo

Out of curiosity, and no I'm not in danger of it.. but if your vehicle gets repo'd, and the bank sells it for more than the loan, do you get the difference?

you get the balance if the loan, plus any "fees and/or charges" are recovered... chances are that you're not getting anything unless you owe way less than the car is worth...
