Potato bread lasts wayyyyyy longer than white too, that shit is like forever bread...well almost forever bread

My wife makes potato rolls every once in a while. I can eat about 10 of those things.

i <3 potato bread that's been sitting in a cooler for a while so when you pull it out and eat the sandmich it's nice and crisp

Really?? I've never tried that. I always use white break or wheat and it tastes great. I have always heard though that using bread that is slightly stale is the best way to go. I'm going to have to try your suggestion now :yumyum:
