i remember some of you (drew and john i think) uses nasal spray.

i have a cold right now and my nose feel so fucking dry... feel like i am in the desert inhaling sand

Recomendation?

 

saline nasal spray, helps lubricate the nostrils

The one in a white bottle w/ orange cap works really well. I think its called "Ocean". Its natural sea salt spray. Our pediatrician actually recommended it originally for the kids.

 

is your nose jammed up or just feeling dry?

 

I used nasal spray and it worked for like an hour.....then it clogged up again. :hs:

 

leaking not really jammed... but feel super dry too.

 

i know it's temparary but at this point is hurt to breath so i dont think i have a choice. Going to the chemist right now just dont know which spray to get

 

you might want to try something like this ...

the Saline is non-habit forming like the other blends.

I'd strongly suggest this ...


if you are jammed up eventually, you might want to try this ...




blow your nose to clear the passages
hit the spray once while breathing in
do the other nostril
do the first one
do the other one again.

2 hits per nasal, alternating



you will be breathing fine in 5 minutes, tops. Something about the 4-way brand ... it works so quickly.

It also lasts between 4-6 hours ... none of this 1 hour crap.
