I have a Macy's card. As long as you pay it off, you should be fine.

Only get one if you're gonna get a huge store discount from it. I got a Kohl's card that saved me like $80, paid it off and cancelled it.

Old Navy takes off 20% and free shipping over $100
So spending $200= $160

I'd try to avoid those. More open lines of credit makes you more of a risk and might hurt your credit score.
Unless you are getting huge benefits and frequently shop at the store, I'd stay away from them.
