Apparently some people install security camera's and never set a password, or any type of protection for them. Its kind of interesting watching some of these, you'll see hotel's, mall's, peoples houses, just about anything. Most of them have several options too - pan, zoom, left, right, etc.

Go to Google and search either of these (I had better luck with the first one):
