No sound on the PC

Default No sound on the PC

All of a sudden a few days ago there is no sound from my speakers. I've tried both front and back headphone/speaker jacks. I'm lost. HAlp!!!

that happened to my computer a while ago. i just shut it off and kinda forgot about it for a few days and the next week the sound and my speakers worked.
don't know how to help you with it... sorry =(

update/reinstall your audio drivers.

open device manager and check that there is no !, i, or X next to your sound card.

open volume control and check that the Master & Wave volume are not turned off.

its a pc
my pc at work the sound doesn't work
we tried installing drivers and shit but if a guĂ˝ who's getting paid 150 an hour can't figure it out, i'm not even gonna bother

Fixed it. The Line-In volume was all the way up. I guess that canceled the line-out volume.
