Don't count on it. I placed an order early September and emailed them late Sep. when nothing had shown up yet. Sales said they were out of hoodies and was expecting a shipment within the week. By mid Oct. I still hadn't gotten anything. I sent an email that never got a response, and now my emails are getting bounced back. The phone # still works, but no one is answering. :madr:
