if you ever watched his show
he sit's there and acts like he's a man of god, mahalo, and all this other bullshit
then he uses that language and drops the N-words about 30 times.
one are two i can understand (he's angry upset ect..)

the thing is not really to do with the fact that he used a derogatory term for black people, but the intent of his use. from context you could clearly notice that he did feel contempt and had ignorant prejudice towards black people.
i swear and used derogatory terms every now and then, and i know it's not good, but i've never used it in a manner to actually offend someone of a certain race.

I heard the tape and it seems like he's justifying the use of the word on a select group of people that deserve to be called that bad word. He's not making a blanket statement of all black people. If you were in his line of work you'd probably be pissed off at that small group of people too...
