yeah i saw my friend (who is rediculously good, well best ive ever seen) get demolished on expert online and beat a few times on hard

I said the same thing. If you have access to a 360 or a ps2. I highly suggest starting off with GHII. GHIII is alot harder, to me, it seems as if they focused more on making you strums faster and more frequent then having you do patterns
