Default accord auto trans crew sign in

a guy i know bought one and he said the trans is doing a "jumpie thingie."

so i asked him to describe it and this is what he says:

"When it's shifts out if mainly 1st and 2nd it's got a little jump to it. It doesn't do it in any other gears though. "

what could that be?

98, v6, 136k

I absolutely LOVED my 98 v6 accord, had 98k miles but after a yr I felt it started to slip. Within the next month I sold it. That car was awesome too. Stupid Honda failing transmission issue thingy.
