you can run e85 in a non-e85 engine.

lots of negative side effects one of which is the ethanol can melt the fuel line. also the engine will run like shit. e85 engines need wayyy more fuel to be pumped into the cylinders when compared to gasoline only engines. e85 is only 15% gasoline.

I've never heard of it melting fuel lines. Ethanol is corrosive, but when mixed with gasoline to make the E85 mixture, it seems to have no negative effects. I personally wouldn't run a mix of 87 and E85 mainly from a tuning standpoint. I began running E85 in my Evo about a month ago, and the tune had to be completely redone.
