I haven't specifically looked for GHII content on XBL before, but I could have worn I've seen some sort of download pack.

a quick Google search turned up this ...
http://www.gamespot.com/news/6168886.html

dated 4/11
Track Pack 1 includes covers of Ozzy Osbourne's "Bark at the Moon," The Exies' "Hey You," and Motorhead's "Ace of Spades." Track Pack 2 includes Queen's "Killer Queen," The Donnas' "Take it Off," and The Edgar Winter Group's "Frankenstein." Rounding out the first batch of offerings is Track Pack 3, featuring Red Hot Chili Peppers' "Higher Ground," Bad Religion's "Infected," and Incubus' "Stellar." Each song has been revised with new bass or rhythm parts to better fit the sequel's multiplayer mode.
They're not free though. You need to apply "points" to them ... and the points can be purchased in increments of 1600 ($20) and 4000 ($50).

I'm guessing each pack is 400 points, or $5.

Knowing M$ the packs will be 800 - 1600. That's how the DDR packs are

I don't. My guess? It'll be no more than $50.

I think they're only offering $20 for Halo 3, so that tells ya something about their markups.

You sure you want to ditch the DSL? It might not be worth it considering the quality of games coming up. November / December are huge for Nintendo. You might regret it. :hs:

Well ... if you do, offer the R4 bundle, DVD of games, DSL, and pictures on Craig's List, not eBay.

I'd shoot for $200 and use the games as a selling point.

not too bad, $10 to extend the use ... not bad.

yea its a tough choice, i may wait to sell it after i see how much addiction i have to the 360. its just because of how much gaming time halo 1 and 2 ate up that makes me think i really dont need 2 game systems.

and if i could get 200 for it, hell thats half the 360 ... but i think i will take some of your advice and wait until i see how the 360 pans out

Can't wait to play:
One- Metallica
My Name is Jonas - Weezer
Cult of Personality- Living Colour

Can someone explain the draw of this game though? I've never payed it.

Do you have to already be into guitars and have some basic musical skill? I guess f you're not into 80s hair band rock this wouldn't appeal to you?

I'm getting a 360 but I'm getting it for halo
