usually i will buy a 6pack of aquafina 24oz bottles and i refill those with water
i dont touch my lips to the bottle so i feel they dont get dirty with my cooties
someone told me youre not supposed to refill these bottles

truth?

Yeah I heard that, seems plastic wears down inside and you end up drinking particles and It's not good for you.

Maybe it's just marketing, they want you to buy new bottles all the time.
