I think average is like $200/month, but it's split 5 ways h:

house is 1700sq ft

i owned a house till last month, we were on the budget plan paying like 180 a month i think. before budget it would fluctuate between $120 and $350 a month. I added a door to block off the basement and that 350 extreme dropped to 280. the door was $100 so it paid for itself quickly.

50 electric pretty much year round (no AC) 30 gas in the summer and it'll go up to around 200 for the coldest month.

ours was usually right in the 300 range.
