put the black/yellow alternating tape around the area below the lift so that it would clear the vehicle as long as it's outside the tape.

I don't know why it works but it works. people wont put stuff inside the tape.

a tad less than that actually. The bumper is cost and the spray is free, the guy I am apprenticing talked to his buddy in body shop who says he will spray it early tomorrow for me. I just gotta buy him lunch tomorrow
