I had a bad day today so after work I decide to go to a bar and get a couple of drink. I was actually craving them. And it occurred to me that when I was younger I would drink when I was in a good mood now i drink when things are shitty. Its normal right?

nah ... you fine. it helps you relax and release your mind from a troubled day . theres lots of bad days where i go home grab a buddy and we hit the bar for a couple drinks to relax. and then i feel alot better and the work doesnt seem a big deal
