There is this girl that lives a few houses down from me that I see on occasion when I step out for a smoke. Usually I am standing on my stoop and wave or say hi, but about a week ago she told me to come over. We got to talking and chatted for about an hour which was cool. Started talking whenever we were both out smoking together, and she invited me out for her birthday last Thursday. There were about six of us in total but I only stayed out for a lil while because I had a work function at 7:00 the next morning. I was getting a good vibe from her, but with work and that she had a 3 drink head start on me, I didn't want to take her home.
The problem is I haven't gotten her number yet, because this guy is hanging around her cock blocking. I saw her today and ironically I was wearing my dweezel shirt. She asked me about it and I explained that it was a FIAL attempt at a viral, walking advertisement -- and we moved on. We were chatting it up a bit when the cock block dude came out and interrupted before I could ask her number. However, she said she would be out smoking in a few hours and she was sure she would see me again.
Now, that I know she is interested and comfortable with me, what should I do next? This is the point that I always screw up -- closing the deal.
Also, my digital camera broke a while back so there are no pics, but she is smart, cute, and has a good body.
