if ya wanted to be truthful ... i'd have to give my credit to my cuz, he's a training director with a degree in sports health for a major running company here in MI. He directs all their outward training programs, does all the one on one marathon training and is their go to guy for running product knowledge. anytime i have a training question i go to him ... $200 an hour advice for free FTW
I got a pair on right now actually. Once you get use to the added weight, it'S GREAT running in these. You dont have to worry about hurting yourself when you're vaulting over that fence.
Oh, and you will have some running shoes issued to you, the comfortable footwear is so you can stand outside the whole night and play pick-em up, put-em down
are you army? you guys have a bigger budget than the Marines so you can afford to have shoes issued to you in basic.
