Well despite our I.T department being short staffed like you wouldnt believe, now my manager speaks to me about my overtime.
Meanwhile I have an email from him saying how devoted I am blah blah blah to work and how on my personal time I take the time to get work done ( not for free of course) So he questions my O.T meanwhile he approves it before I even do it and I explain to him why.....So why question me after the fact when the work gets done and you approve it for me. DUMBA$$. meanwhile they are rushing me to get this web billing site up and running but the only time im going to make is between 8am -4pm cause after that time, im going job hunting. Screw them and their stupid ways.

Drew's right. Nothing personal. Your boss is going to be that way whether it's you or not. If there is money to be made, make it, and don't run from something like this. The universe has a way of giving you more of what you don't want when you make decisions in haste :hs:

i know its about the budget. They just want the books to look good by the end of the year but our client, AIG is demanding we implement this and have it fully functional within the 4th quarter. Guess they are getting tired of paper bills.

put it this way,...cost of living keeps going up yet, salaries remain the same or you get a shitty raise. Why not be greedy?
