I know it's not. I keep telling myself that I will stop going out and start cooking at home again.

Take last night for example. The wife came home with burgers to grill up. The propane tank was empty so we went out to get it filled. Well it was Sunday so everywhere we checked was closed. After about 45 minutes we were hungry and discouraged so we went to a local wine bar and had a couple drinks and some food. :hs:

just for healthy living, be sure to eat at home more.

some restaurant meals can easily be over 2,000 calories. (pastas, ribs, burgers, etc)

combo that with the empty calories found in alcohol and you'll put on 20 lbs in a month.
