true, but that house would be about 4-5 times as expensive in Cali, and your job definitely doesn't pull in 5 times what you currently make right now in california.

ya you definitely do. Cant even touch a condo in the bay area for that. There's some nice condos going up in Livermore and they're starting at 400k
