I was supposed to work from home today, but the internet at my house went down so I had to go into work, got there at 11 (normally there at nine) where I find 25 emails of all important shit...crazy busy. In the middle of this my work computer freezes, I restart then realize I don't know the host name (just got this new thinclient yesterday)- tech guy isn't picking up. 30 minutes later (after I set up the laptop and my boss asks me to do a quote which I can't do on the laptop) I think to call the other tech guy (who normally doesn't deal with this stuff) and he fixes it, thank god. Go out to lunch for 1/2 hour, and come back to 20 new emails I can't get in contact with this lady, even though she keeps calling me she never picks up here phone and what she's calling about is due today. Plus now I don't even want to go to the PSU game so I have to call my aunt and tell her I'm not going, which is still better than driving 3+ hours in traffic on a shitty day like this.
