Every mexican food place makes it different.
I think that a good California Burrito uses french fries. But some places uses chunk of potatoes (quartered) and to me, it tastes a little weird and it's difficult to eat.
There is no one mexican food chain that we all go to (like a Taco Bell or something) you just go to different restaurants and check out what they have.
For instance, the place I go to is called Lolita's, which isn't far from my place, so that's where I go.
Craig probably goes to Cotixan because that's close to where he lives (probably not now anyways).
But basically a California Burrito should have carne asada, fries and grated cheese wrapped in a warm flour tortilla. Some places add other condiments like guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, etc. but like I said every mexican food place makes it different.
