mine was usually in the range of 150/95+ range when i checked it on those machines. so i eventually went to the dr where it was true that it was elevated. a change in diet, cutting out alot of fast foods and canned foods did wonders for my BP last 2 times i have gone to the dr i have been hypertension free. Once in a while after a stressful night at work i will have high BP but for the most part i am in a healthy range now.

Let's see I'm on 25mg Cozaar once a day, 25mg of Metropolol twice a day, 30mg Imdur once a day...I've got it under control. I am running in the 120's over 70's.

normally i dont really get to worked up about stuff but lately, with the house sale, work situations, being away from my wife all the time, i am edgy as fuck.

The machine listens for your pulse while it deflates the cuff. If you make noises, you can fool the machine.

Once I was working a Native American drum festival, and I was playing around with an electronic BP cuff that you can get from Walgreens. It got thrown off a lot by the drums, and was basically useless.

I was dead silent, no one was around, and it nearly cut off my circulation...like I could feel my blood REALLY pushing through my veins where the cuff was.

Hahah...actually went out and bought a bag of chicken and had that last night. Yogurt and some fruit each night.

Naw. I am just going to walk in. And afterwards probably fire my doctor...he doesn't care for me as a patient at all.
