I got a Lexmark All-In-One for my birthday since my old printer died a few years ago... and I just went to install it.

It doesnt. WTF!? WHy MAY it or MAY NOT come with one!? Can't every fucking box get one? Now I can't print my shit out and I have to go to the store for one.

 

it actually normally wont come with a usb cable. most printers come packaged with a serial cable instead. retarded, but thats the way its been for a few years now.

 

no surprise. they would rather have you buy it seperate than include the cable and jack up the price by 5 bucks... doesnt make sense but it seems to be common

I've owned one Lexmark printer in my life and it was total rubbish. I wouldn't be suprised to see something like that with a Lexmark. They may have improved since five years ago or so when I owned one, but still, I'd return it and buy some bubble gum with the $4.99 then fork out a few hundred bucks for a nice HP.
