Yep. Back in school to finish my degree in Sociology, then to grad school. I am headed towards social work. I can still do photography on the weekends etc., so my creative side will always be there, and I can extend that towards helping people.

Back in school as a freshman in college (sucks these stupid Gen Ed classes) but in 4 years going to graduate with a BS Nursing. Then either to the hospital I go or its still the Fire Fighter career I hoped for.

 

my cousin is a peace corps volunteer. she's been in africa for the past year. she just finished raising money to start building a community outreach center to raise aids awareness. and not only has she raised the money, she is actually building the center as well. the stories she's shared of her experiences thus far have been amazing.

i can't imagine what it'll be like for her when she gets back, to have put your life on hold for 2+ years.
