What a bunch of crap. IMO, cell phones always go down in price, and the iphone is no different. You take a risk buying technology that it could drop in price at any time. Sure, I'd be pissed if I had bought one, but shit happens.

So she's suing because she couldn't sell the iPhone for a profit due to the price cut? Maybe her lazy ass should've been more diligent in selling the phone instead of waiting two months.
