under 10k is cheap?

 

everytime it has changed registration, or the owner has moved or so many other transactions

example

car arrives at dealership brand new
buyer gets car & registers
buyer moves
buyer gets service at dealership
buyer trades car in
dealer takes car to auction
owner #2

and on and on and on.

my element had like 7 on the carfax and it was only 2 years old. when i saw the 7 things, it was all stuff like origination, purchase, trade, reg maint etc....
