in loose change the cents have to add up to more then 1$. i had 2 pennys over on the dollar.


for insistance if you scratch off- 1cent, 1 cent, 10 cents, 50 cents, 10 cents, 5 cents you loose.

but if you get say 10 cents, 25 cents, 50 cents, and 25 cents, a penny, and a penny you win
