Default wtf vista v. narrator and on screen keyboard

how the hell do i disable this crap???

i have already trimmed most of the start up fat that comes with this OS but i cant find the disable features for the keyboard or the annoying narrator.

it isn't on by default either...dunno why yours is.

i dont know either, it was off forever then one time i turn on the pc and im like wtf is this crap....

meh, i think its a great OS, i like it way more than XP but there are a lot of extra memory eaters that come along with it, some people might use out of them but im okay with the bare minimum, i dont need stuff like narrator to tell me what im doing. once you get the extra crap shut off, it runs awesome and is easy to use.

yeah, its a convinience feature for people with blindness... they cant see what they are doing but with it, they are able to navigate the pc because the narrator tells them what they are mousing over, clicking on, etc
