if you're talking about that noise, it's because I have to hold the key to keep the engine running, thus keeping the starter running and causing that noise...

:duh:

I understand what's going on, I realize the contacts won't touch as soon as you move it out of the crank position.

Did you find a switch for a '90 yet?
