Not really much to it. I just put some butter, olive oil & lemon juice in a pan, and chop up a few cloves (not full bulb, the little ones) of garlic throw that in there on medium for about 10 minutes. You can put in onions, rosemary, italian seasoning, salt, pepper, whatever else too. You can also cook small pieces of chicken in the same pan if you so desire.
