if you ever run from the cops plz turn some corners
as soon as you are on a straight line or the freeway "your done".
that cop took forever to filp a Uturn
that guy could have gotten away if he turned some corners

From the looks of it the guy was aiming at the police with his car. At that point the vehicle has become a weapon and puts the officers at danger. When you threaten an officers life that allows them ANY MEANS necessary to end the situation. In this instance the police officer was in the right.
