I just got back from Huntington Beach with some broad. The streets were flooded, when I went on the 405 it was flooded too! I saw cars getting hit and people pulling over because it was so bad. I never seen it this dangerous before, no one was going over 45.

my sister said the same thing (she just got off the 405 and walked in right now)
