So I'm jumping on the bandwagon...
and doing a diet h: I started the other day and I've already lost 3 pounds
Method:
-Walk at least a half an hour after I get home every other day
-No more bagels for breakfast :wtc: Having cereal at home and then an 11 veggie/fruit snack
-Bringing lunch to work to control my portions
-Drinking a minimum of 4 bottles of water a day
-Tracking what I eat and the activities I do online- stops me from snacking and I want to make sure I'm getting enough nutrients.

you'll see immediate losses and don't get discouraged if you plateau a bit. You'll hit a transition point where the fat loss / muscle gain start interfering.
make sure to get a full night's rest not to throw off your metabolism too.

Good luck. I have decided I only have time for the elliptical now a days, so i am just sticking with that for a while.
