I feel light-headed dizzy and I can't figure out why.

I already ate my lunch and I've been drinking water all day (lemonade with lunch). I thought it might be from looking at the computer for so long so I got up a few times and walked around the office.

...Still dizzy.

JK seriously did you check you blood pressure? taking any meds?

I'm not on any medicine except for normal. I took a few Excedrin this morning for a headache, but I always take Excedrin and it has never effected me at all.

I can't check my blood pressure...I'm at the office and I don't work at a Doctor's office/hospital.

 

Leftover pizza and some oreos...and pink lemonade (not good w/ the oreos). I ate a normal amount - same that I eat every day.

I got a normal amount of sleep last night too...probably about 7-8 hours.
