Default Mac users...

R ur puters really the shit?h:

We're thinking about getting an iMac(wife) and a mac mini for me. I don't play games on the PC anymore, just mess with music, vids, and pics. Are the macs for us? You can use USB devices with the mini right?

the iMac are peemp.

computers are computers when it comes to just basic use. for the "average" user who just surfs the net, email, music and videos, theyre all the same shit imo.

waste of money IMHO. The price difference just doesn't satisfy me when it comes to getting the same or better for nearly half the price somewhere else.

It all depends on how you look at it. There will always be arguments on what is better or what is more value than the other.

Honestly, for what you will be doing, it will do a great job out of the box. USB, Firewire, Bluetooth, etc. are all compatible. (unless you get PC specific software).

Im sure you'll like the OSX interface/functions and looks after you start using it too and wonder why you didnt switch earlier

Dot.

And for the record, the Mac mini is still in production.
