How true, some unscrupulous contractors dump in alleys in Detroit to avoid paying to have the debris hauled to the dump...

There was a guy who built a concrete wall around his property out in the country near here, and somebody (his neighbors presumably) reported that it was too tall. It was only like 6" too tall according to code, but he got fawked by the county and had to have it chopped down at his own expense...
So he scrawled out "to the asshole that reported this wall, live and let live," or words to that effect, in giant spray paint letters. I'm sure the neighbors are much happier looking at that every day.
