I'm not from San Diego, but I'm almost positive it's consistently 65/70 degrees during the day, mid 40's at night.

Unfortunatly, it's true. Every time it rains, you always see people on the side of the road or you hear on the news how many accidents have occured during the 5 minute rain duration.
