Default Nintendo has the best Customer Service

I'm a loyal Nintendo fan.. Ever since my original nes system ( which I had to buy an rf converter to wire in to the antenna becuase my tv still had knobs and we were poor-ish) to my Wii, Nintendo has always brought the "fun" in fun factor.

Short story. I got my Wii the day of release. When played through component, I would get random artifacting and ghost windows on the screen. Sent nintendo an email. 2 days later a shipping label and call tag arrived. Slapped it on the box and sent the Wii out. 4 days later it's back at home with a new video processor no questions asked.

I heart Nintendo.

back when I was in 4th grade I wanted to write a paper on them, so I sent them a letter asking about company info, and they sent me this huge packet with their history and some free stuff

u sure it wasn't the component cables?

I've seen crappy component cables before.
Nintendo is pretty cool to replace that for you though.
