It could have been better. We stopped at a few rigs that had no action so we actually spent more time riding than fishing but overall it was a good time.

Next time I think we'll try early August.

Probably so. It could have been a better day.

We hit limit on red snapper (2 per person) and got about 20 mangrove snapper.

It kinda sucked because after we limited on reds we moved to a spot with some mangrove and my father in law pulled in about 5 red at that spot but had to throw them back.

i didn't get to go out this year. This time last year, the trip I went on, most of us caught nothing

i won the 1998 destin fishing rodeo with a 12lb red snapper

thats plenty of fish for 11 guys to eat on ... i wouldnt be sad about that catch at all

 

We threw rocks at them in the water and caught them when they floated up.
