Well for tonight my wife has requested lamb chops, so I'll be putting some in to marinade shortly. We'll be having potato pancakes and a vegetable medley with them.

Well it was dinner last night, but it's also for lunch today.

I put in a 7 bone chuck roast in the crock pot with some bbq sauce, 2 cubed onions, 4 whole garlic and a can of stewed tomatoes. I left it in the pot roasting for 8 hours.

The meat is super juicy and tender . I'm having it over a huge bed of spinach and micro greens salad. Healthy eating FTW.
