It's a constant thwart process by MSFT. One group will claim "we bypassed the firmware check", only to have Xbox Live catch them 3 months down the road.

 

Yes, my buddy is on Xbox Live constantly and has the same mod as me. Some people get caught but there is no consistent reason why some people are banned. Some people got banned for having the early generation of the talismoon fans that upped their voltage usage, which got them banned from Xbox Live as well.

This new ranking system has fucked us all over. Generals are now noobs again without re-naming themselves.
