I just did some research. it is when you punch someone who is in a vehicle and kill them.

I don't think that's it. I have done that several times and have never got the cone kill.

So I think a good strategy is play with lowbrow and Joe and then play with lesser rankings (Drew, Leub, and I) and this is what happens

28 Kills, +17 MVP
