The story is supposed to be fantastic ... with the gameplay being a tightened up version of Halo 2.

the story line is pretty good

I heard rumors about Limited Edition discs being scratched up...so I opened mine last night in the store...and yes...they were scratched up.

I was still able to play the game though without a problem..but the scratch just bothers me.

I just searched for info on that ...

Looks like the metal pegs which secure the disc is at fault. The 69.99 and 129.99 Halo 3 sets are effected.

The $59.99 version (in the plastic case) are perfectly fine.

Werd...I bought the $69.99 one and heard it shake so I opened it and of course it was the game disc that was loose and not the other shit.

There was a lil scratch on it and seems to work fine but still. I think i'm gonna sue Microsoft for my emotional distress. h:

bahahahahha  I just went to Best Buy and they had like 30 copies of the regular Halo 3. There was a huge line at the pre-order service desk and they were all glaring at me as I gingerly grabbed a copy went to the pay counter and was out of there in about 5 minutes h:

Yea i was gonna go at midnight last night but instead I just called my boy this morning who works at bestbuy before they opened. He said just come sometime in the morning there will be plenty. I did however tell him to hold me a 12 month LIVE card for me since they only had 8 left. h:

I also picked up Family Guy Vol. 1,2, & 5 since I have 3 &4 already.
