Never in team slayer, that's for sure.

Epitaph is used primarily for doubles, hammers, and sword matches only. That level is useless for any other weapon. I'm guessing it's due to the insane amount of corners on the stage.

depends how many times u played it and how many times u won in it.

if u played it lets say 10 times and won 5 times it would make it high
