you can, but people don't like doing that. A credit card number is kept on file and the subscription auto-renews / bills 11 months later.

with the XBL card, your subscription ends ... and that's that.

 

I'm not even sure "fan boy" is the right term ... because if that's the only one available, waiting for another shipment (next Tuesday) isn't worth saving $10.

I have a Target Visa, I can use a 10% off rewards coupon on it.
Best Buy Rewards (12% off) applies to these too.
Just last week, Toys R Us had a sale. Buy 1, get 1 half off.

You get a much better deal when using the cards.

meh mine auto bills me a whopping 7 dollars a month...I never have to go out and get cards, and un-like my roommate it won't run out at midnite and then have to wait till the next day to go get a card cause I'm drunk and can't drive out and get a new one h:

 

girlfriend convinced me to go after her class ends at 4pm. that way i study (edit, as i post on han..) :wtc: i just want to play it.

too bad my xbl is going to take a week to get here
