After a bunch more reviews and googling, I think I am going to buy the AverMedia internal card.

FYI, if anyone else does decide to get this card, it only has the 2 HDMI INPUTS, so you will need to get a HDMI Splitter (unless your video card has an HDMI output) if you want to play and record. I will probably record most games from game history, but to get the lobby bullshitting, I bought an HDMI splitter as well.
