I don't drink a lot of soda anymore, had a Coke and now I'm in caffeine withdrawl city.

I've had a lot of caffeine today.
3 cups of drip coffee. 16 triple shot mocha. Mountain dew. Dr Pepper.

I shouldn't have more pop.

Come to think of it dude, I havent had a headache in awhile. However I got checked on the wall in soccer tonight and cant move my arm straight out....sucks.

I rarely get headaches and definitely not from caffeine.

I'd like to kick the stuff but I love pop and most has caffeine, plus lately I need it to perform well at my job so I'm drinking more than usual :nervous:

yeah, i have a lil headach.. mr crapweiser is helping me work on that. crappy american beer.

still no cigarettes for 4 days or so... it's getting less and less bothersome...

I have headaches constantly, but mine are from allergies and sinus infections.

I am actually working from home today because I am having an allergy attack.
