Also for those with an R4. I was wondering, i bought the R4 for myself and i know my gf will need one. Could i possibly just buy the shell and an additional MicroSD card and she'll be good to go, or do i have to actually buy a 2nd kit.

Why would only buying the shell work?

Files are 8-128MB...some more.

Well i mean we already have the MicroSD cards. I was just wondering, isn't it the shell and the microsd card with the information on there the way this thing works?

I thought it was simply Shell, you put your SD card in there with the information and load it into your DS.

what do you mean by shell?

the R4 is the interface between the DS and the microSD card.
